"FloroSurf FG-5090" is a fluorine-based release agent for molds. It can be easily applied and demonstrates improved release properties even in cases where it is difficult to release from fluororesin-coated molds. Fluororesin-coated molds are challenging to coat with oil-based or silicone-based release agents as they tend to repel them, but FloroSurf FG-5090 spreads uniformly on the fluororesin surface and exhibits excellent release properties. 【Features】 ■ Strongly adheres to mold materials, allowing for continuous release. ■ The film thickness is only a few nanometers, suitable for nano and sub-micron level molds. ■ Can be easily applied with brushes or spray guns, and the application is completed in 10-15 minutes of air drying at room temperature.
