■Usage Instructions 【Pre-treatment】 Remove oil, dust, and other contaminants from the bonding surface, and perform surface modification such as roughening if necessary. 【Measurement】 Measure the main agent and hardener in the appropriate mixing ratio (weight ratio). The basic ratio is 5% hardener to the main agent. ※KR-G401 is a one-component product, so this step is not necessary. 【Mixing】 Place the main agent and hardener in a mixing container and stir thoroughly until a uniform paste is achieved. Water may be added for viscosity adjustment. 【Application】 Apply using a roller or spatula. After application, press the materials together before the surface dries. The usable time is approximately 4 hours at 23°C. However, this time decreases with rising temperatures, and it is nearly halved when exceeding 30°C. 【Curing】 The curing time at room temperature is approximately 24 hours. Curing time can be shortened by heating. If high adhesive strength is required, it is recommended to heat at 150°C for about 1 hour after room temperature curing.
