Our company has traditionally welded steel materials that have undergone post-processing heat treatment. However, we have achieved the ability to manufacture (cast) the sliding parts and shaft parts as a single unit, leading to a reduction in size and weight through increased strength. FCD800 and FCD900 can be produced in as-cast condition without heat treatment.
