This product contains approximately 60% natural wood, about 30% resin components, and around 10% other coloring agents, so it may accumulate dirt from rain, wind, and UV rays similar to wood, but it can be used for a long time with simple maintenance such as high-pressure washing. Regular application of preservatives is not necessary, but we recommend regular maintenance. Additionally, there may be slight warping similar to natural wood, so please adjust it during screw fastening as you would with natural wood. The recommended spacing for floor joists is 400 to 500 mm, the spacing for posts is approximately 750 to 900 mm, and for fence posts, the spacing should be around 700 to 1000 mm. However, this may vary depending on construction conditions, so please check the site conditions before use. Also, due to thermal expansion, please ensure there is clearance for expansion when installing floorboards or fences. The pieces are cut slightly longer than the standard size (about 3 mm to 5 mm), so please verify this.
