The combination of the pallet storage system "CybiStar" and the unmanned forklift (AGF) automates high-density storage of pallet items. The movement of the CybiStar, as well as the inbound and outbound operations of pallet items, is also automated. This system is ideal for nighttime operations and 24-hour operations where securing workers is difficult. ■ High-density and large storage Compared to flat storage or conventional pallet racks, it achieves approximately twice the storage capacity in the same space, significantly improving storage efficiency. ■ Automation and labor reduction Since the AGF automatically changes the opening of the shuttle within the rack, it can greatly reduce manual labor. Depending on the workload and required capacity, fully automated inbound operations can be handled by the AGF, while outbound operations can use conventional forklifts, allowing for flexible operations. ■ Flexible layout Because it combines racks with laser-guided forklifts, it enables automation without obstructing aisle pathways with conveyors, allowing for a free layout.
