Using flat bars! Load recovery method for cracked concrete slabs.
The "Flat Bar Stitching Method" involves cutting a 10mm wide and 100mm deep groove at a right angle on both sides of the cracked and joint areas of the concrete slab, pouring high-strength quick-setting resin mortar into the groove, and inserting a flat bar. In the cracked area, this method connects the concrete slabs, and in the joint area, it restores load transfer, thereby extending the lifespan of the concrete slabs. 【Features】 ■ Can delay the occurrence of new cracks ■ Expected to extend the lifespan of the concrete slabs ■ Allows for traffic to be opened during construction ■ The embedding width of the flat bar is narrow at 10mm, making repair areas less noticeable ■ Enables early traffic reopening *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
