Forming lines in colors with good visibility! Ideal for improving visibility and safety measures when establishing new bicycle parking areas on sidewalks!
We would like to introduce a case of the Toki Line rubber chip paving applied in front of Tokyo Station (Marunouchi). When establishing a new bicycle parking area on a road with high pedestrian traffic, there was a request for a more effective way to delineate the area than using painted lines. Therefore, we formed raised lines using rubber chips in colors with good visibility. This makes the divisions clearer and also provides safety considerations for visually impaired pedestrians. 【Overview】 ■ Location: Marunouchi, Tokyo Station, Tokyo ■ Issue There was a desire to create a more effective delineation than painted lines when establishing a new bicycle parking area on a road with high pedestrian traffic. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
