Packing of contents is simple enough! Operational status can be monitored in real-time remotely.
"Zeph-C (Ice Moisture)" is a container refrigerator that can control and maintain a high humidity environment suitable for the products you want to handle. By independently controlling low temperatures near the freezing point and high humidity levels above 95% with very high precision, it is possible to keep the freshness of perishable goods and cooked items much longer than with conventional commercial refrigerators. Additionally, by stabilizing the temperature just before freezing and suppressing the vitality of the products, it can extend the quality preservation effect. 【Features】 ■ Ability to set any high humidity level near freezing temperature (independent control of temperature and humidity) ■ Air temperature/humidity inside the unit: steady state and uniform ■ Simple packing of contents is sufficient ■ Energy-saving and low-maintenance type that eliminates the need for defrosting, which was essential for high humidity refrigerators ■ Clean air inside the unit (free from dust, spores, bacteria, viruses, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
