This product uses fluorinated solvents (Note 1) that are less likely to cause photochemical oxidants, and it has been determined to be generally exempt from various VOC regulations, allowing for safe use. (Note 2) Additionally, since it is non-flammable and does not have an irritating odor, it can be used safely and comfortably without the need for extensive equipment. This conformal coating agent is designed with many benefits in mind, considering both the environment and the users. 【Other Benefits】 - It dries quickly, effectively reducing tact time. - Even in thin films (a few micrometers to about 20 micrometers), it has high moisture resistance and insulation properties, making it effective for thinning and lightweighting products. - It has high chemical resistance, making it effective for wearable devices where corrosion of the circuit board due to sweat is a concern. It has also been proven to protect against lithium-ion battery electrolytes and various corrosive gases. (Note 1) Environmentally friendly fluorinated solvents such as hydrofluoroethers (HFE) and hydrofluoroolefins (HFO). (Note 2) The applicability or non-applicability to VOC regulations varies by regulation, so we kindly ask users to verify accordingly.
