  IgG-FITC conjugate solution (0.1 µg/ml in PBS; Sigma Aldrich F9636) was stored for 24 hours in 8x125 µl aliquots in SARSTEDT and five other companies' protein low-adsorption products. After culturing, 100 µl from each was transferred to black ELISA plates (SARSTEDT 82.1581.220) that had been blocked for over 2 hours with 1 x Roti-Block (Carl Roth A151.4), and measurements were taken using the Infinite 200 pro plate reader (Tecan). The tests were conducted continuously for three days. In the SARSTEDT Protein Low Binding products, unlike most of the products tested for comparison, no significant loss was observed. However, there was only one other product that showed a similarly high recovery rate.

• 

  Dispense 100 µl of plasmid DNA solution into 10 tubes from each company and shake at 37°C. After 3 hours of incubation, measure the DNA content using real-time PCR.
