Sustainable Solutions proposes a hybrid coating removal technology that combines laser cleaning equipment with high-frequency heating devices for paint film stripping. This method rapidly heats the steel surface using IH heating, selectively heating only the adhesive layer of the paint film, which allows for the easy removal of most of the paint film. Afterward, any remaining small amounts of paint film or rust on the surface are cleaned using a laser. This significantly reduces dust and noise issues associated with abrasive blasting and greatly minimizes the generation of secondary waste such as media. **Main Application Areas** These include the removal of paint films from steel structures that have been coated for corrosion protection (including metal spraying and painting), stripping and removal of linings and coatings inside various tanks, and the stripping and removal of FRP.
