The wood panels from Misawa Homes, which are also used in the Showa Station in Antarctica, possess high thermal insulation and airtightness, and the lightweight structure allows for high design flexibility, making it an ideal body for a trailer house. It can be utilized as a second house from an environmentally friendly house manufacturer, as well as for hotel guest rooms. Our company is a regular member of the Japan Trailer House Association and the Japan Mobile Unit Promotion Association. ■ The unit can be detached from the chassis and is a trailer with a vehicle inspection certificate. ■ The unit dimensions are available in three standard types. ■ All units are produced in our domestic factories (*excluding the chassis).

Techno F&C is the main production factory of Misawa Homes, a pioneer in industrialized housing.
