Obtain and compare estimates from three companies anonymously without being subjected to "persistent sales" from copier and multifunction printer vendors.
We operate a service that obtains and compiles estimates for copy machines and multifunction printers on behalf of customers who want to compare leasing estimates but are tired of the persistent sales tactics of copy machine vendors.

basic information
When you request a quote from the Copier G-Men, they will gather estimates from three different dealers according to your needs and send them to you in a consolidated format. If you have any preferences afterward, they will introduce you to the dealers and proceed to negotiations. Since the Copier G-Men obtain estimates anonymously without providing the dealers with any contact information or details about the representatives other than company information, you will not receive direct sales calls from the multifunction printer dealers. (Please note that in some inquiries, the dealers may reach out directly with proposals, so if you wish for assistance in obtaining estimates, please mention this when making your inquiry.)

Company information
The copier and multifunction printer industry has naturally engaged in "overcharging ignorant customers" by obscuring prices. At Copier G-Men, in order to provide information to companies that are forced into leasing contracts at exorbitant prices, we were the first in the country to publicly disclose the market rates for copier and multifunction printer lease prices and counter fees online (thanks to this, we are disliked by many dealers). Additionally, since we have no ties to any manufacturer, we impartially communicate the strengths and weaknesses of each copier and multifunction printer manufacturer (I believe we are disliked by all manufacturers).
