A cost-effective Brinell indentation diameter reading device, featuring accurate and fast measurements with automatic result saving.
The KDT-10A is a device for reading the diameter of Brinell indentations. It automatically reads the indentation diameter and displays the Brinell hardness. Compared to visual readings, it enables accurate and fast measurements without variation. It can automatically save measurement results such as Brinell hardness, diameter (length, width, average), and images, and it also supports outputting test results to Excel. It is possible to re-evaluate (re-measure) based on the saved images. The camera head is very lightweight at 220g, allowing for stress-free measurements. The standard type supports a 10mm indenter, with options available for 5mm and 2.5mm indenters. ■Features - Instantly measures the average diameter of the indentation and displays the Brinell hardness - Automatically saves test results, images, and test conditions - Convenient manual adjustment function - Lightweight camera head weighing approximately 220g *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or contact us.
