This is a simple structure pump consisting of a two-start threaded stator and a one-start threaded rotor, using a volumetric single-screw pump design.
It demonstrates optimal performance for the transfer of all types of liquids, including high-viscosity liquids, high-concentration liquids, low-viscosity liquids, low-concentration liquids, liquids containing solid particles, and slurry water. Compared to other pumps from different manufacturers with the same screw rotor diameter, this pump has a discharge capacity that is 1.5 to 6 times greater, allowing for operation at low rotational speeds. With a low screw peripheral speed, it is highly advantageous against stator wear, resulting in a longer lifespan for consumables.
