Let's create eco-friendly products! Shall we turn discarded fishing nets into products together?
One of the issues of ocean plastic is abandoned fishing nets. We will produce fabric using over 40% REAMIDE fiber made from Japan's abandoned fishing nets domestically!
About 40% of Japan's marine plastic waste is said to come from discarded fishing nets and ropes (according to a survey by the Ministry of the Environment). Therefore, we are developing threads and fabrics made from discarded fishing nets and approaching the issue of marine pollution, which has a significant impact on marine ecosystems, by turning these materials into everyday products. We have become capable of creating various items that are made from environmentally friendly materials and have thoughtful designs and functionality. Would you like to start eco-friendly manufacturing together? 【Examples of Products】 ■ Recycled nylon fabric ■ Cords ■ Round rubber bands ■ Tapes ■ Cord locks ★ A feature video introducing our sustainable initiatives was aired on Kansai TV's "News Runner" (broadcast on September 22) and is now available on YouTube. Please take a look. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
