However, if you cannot determine it immediately, you can use the following reference values for selection. - In cafeterias or school lunch centers, the amount is 80g per meal (40g for pre-processing and 40g for post-meal). - In nursing facilities or hospitals, the amount is 100g per meal (50g for pre-processing and 50g for post-meal). For example, in a hospital cafeteria with 80 beds (serving three meals a day), the calculation would be: 80g * 80 beds = 6400g, and 6400g * 3 meals = 19200g, which is approximately 20kg. Therefore, the selections would be: Dry type: PZ-20 Compost type: NGS-20 Incineration type: ED-20NX (with two days off per week).
