Achieving low-cost measurement of object displacement and strain!
≪New Product≫ 3D Strain Analysis Software 【DIPP-Strain】 【Low-cost measurement of object displacement and strain is now possible!】 ≪What is DIPP-Strain≫ A random pattern of white and black is applied to the object being measured, and the Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method is used to measure the object's displacement and strain. DIPP-Strain is a strain analysis software developed with a focus on usability and processing speed. ≪Features≫ ■ Measurement targets: Various materials such as metals, plastics, wood, concrete, glass, rubber, and films can be measured. ■ 2D measurement (2D-DIC) and Stereo measurement (Stereo-DIC) are available. 2D measurement uses one camera, while Stereo measurement uses two cameras for measurement. ■ We offer system proposals that include cameras and lighting, as well as software-only proposals. ■ The combination of a thin camera (HAS-EF) and a dedicated camera mounting fixture allows installation in confined spaces.
