Our products, with very few exceptions, are generally not subject to list regulations. For details, please refer to the "List of Determination of Applicability." However, exports to regions excluding those listed in Appendix 3 of the Export Control Order are subject to catch-all regulations. ■ List Regulations List regulations refer to a compilation of items and technologies that require permission for export. If you are exporting items that fall under these regulations, you need permission from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. ■ Catch-All Regulations This regulation applies to the export of items and the provision of technologies that do not fall under list regulations, based on their intended use and the nature of the end user. If there is a risk that they may be used for the development of weapons of mass destruction or conventional weapons, regulation is enforced. This regulation does not apply to countries classified as "white countries," which strictly implement export controls, such as the U.S., Canada, and EU countries. When exporting or providing technology to countries other than white countries, both the intended use and the end user must be examined, and a notification and permission from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry are required to determine if permission is necessary.
