Additionally, LM guides with ball retainers achieve long-term maintenance-free operation, and typically, the greasing interval is several times longer than that of ball guides. We also offer other options for long-term maintenance-free use, such as the QZ lubrication system. Q: I want to reverse the orientation of the flange on the rolled ball screw nut. A: This can be done by specifying the orientation of the flange when placing your order. If you have already received the product, it will need to be returned to us. In case of an emergency where you need to reverse the flange orientation yourself, please note that you will need to temporarily remove the nut from the shaft, so prepare a temporary shaft and take care to ensure that the balls do not fall out.
