It is possible to perform section checks that correspond to the "partial coefficient method" in the Road Bridge Design Guidelines (H29 edition).
"SECT-RC RC Cross-Section Design" is a civil engineering design software that can perform four types of performance checks: allowable stress method, limit state design method, seismic design method, and partial coefficient method. The increase in allowable shear stress can be selected to be considered or not in the stress calculation. The consideration of shear span ratio is also possible. Additionally, changes in concrete stress-strain for column members and the allowable tensile strain for reinforcement can be taken into account.
