NKFG (Fukukizō - Taiwan) UVC-LED packages come in multiple output types of 80 mW, 52 mW, and 40 mW. The "NFPC6J" is the latest high-output single-chip LED package with a wavelength of 275nm to 285nm, a maximum radiant flux of 80mW, dimensions of 3.5mm x 3.5mm, a maximum viewing angle of 150 degrees, and a standard SMT process.
