Release agent for nanoimprint molds: Fluorosurf NL series By applying it to molds for nanoimprinting, a layer of fluorinated compounds (perfluoropolyether) with a thickness of about 10nm is chemically bonded to the mold surface, ensuring strong adhesion. This enables continuous release, significantly improving the productivity (throughput) of nanoimprint molding. Application can be easily done using methods such as spraying, and it dries at room temperature in 5-10 minutes. It is non-flammable and low-odor, making it safe. Reapplication is also easy.
