【From Receipt to Delivery】 ■Measurement ・We measure the belt you provide. ・Generally, we cut it to perform detailed measurements, but it is also possible to measure without cutting if we take in a stock belt. ■Drafting ・We create a drawing and processing program based on the measurement data. ■Cutting ・We cut the belt according to the data using a cutting plotter. ・Even if the type of belt material is unknown, we can select a suitable alternative. ■Welding ・We perform endless (connecting in a loop) processing with a press machine. ・Since we use a finger joint method, there will be no step in the endless part. ■Finishing ・We cut away the auxiliary materials from the welded parts and perform finishing processes such as hole processing to complete the product. ■Shipping ・We conduct shipping inspections, packaging, and dispatch. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
