Even though it is a steel frame structure, it is not a lightweight building with a flimsy image like conventional prefabricated structures. The framework uses hot-dip galvanized steel pipes to enhance durability. Additionally, considering the nature of public restrooms, which may be subjected to rough handling, we select finishing materials that are strong and durable, and we design with an emphasis on reducing maintenance. Since we standardly design with a foundation pit, in the event of plumbing issues, which are common in public restrooms, it allows for quick access to resolve clogs by going under the floor, thereby reducing maintenance costs. Furthermore, the foundation pit can also be used as a waste tank during disasters, allowing it to be utilized as an emergency toilet when combined with a disaster response pedestal.
