"Advertising Submission Data Performance Aggregation Tool" Automatic Reporting System for Analysis Data
A vast amount of data can now be automatically aggregated, and it has become easy to create reports as well.
■Background of Communication Compass Co., Ltd.'s request for Excel system development from Cernet The analysis data for internet advertising could already be exported using an API from a system that had been developed, but there was a challenge in re-entering that data into Excel files. Until now, we had been manually copying and pasting each piece of data into Excel files, which was a significant burden. At times, we were creating as many as 130 advertising reports per month, and since this task was simple yet time-consuming, we wanted to improve efficiency, which led us to consider ordering the Excel system. ■Why did you choose the Excel system among various options? The primary reason was that our delivery format to customers was Excel. Additionally, I have programming experience, and our company representative is also well-versed in Excel. We discussed that "if this is the specification, we might be able to solve it using Excel macros," which prompted us to proceed with the request for Excel system development.
