Development of an Excel system for sales forecasting to manage budget and actuals across 15 locations nationwide.

It used to take 1 minute to open Excel, but I have reduced the time to 8 seconds. Excel itself has become lighter and is now more comfortable to use.

■What aspects of Cernets do you evaluate positively? 1. They built the system with serious consideration for the users. In the past, there were instances where system companies imposed their own intentions, resulting in outcomes that differed from what we expected. Cernets constructed the system from our perspective and implemented it reliably, which I think is wonderful. This time, they listened to our demands, and it was truly helpful. 2. They accurately explained what could and could not be done. They clearly stated what was not possible, and in the end, they addressed all of our requests, so I am very satisfied. The usability on-site has also received high evaluations, so from the ordering side, there couldn't be a more pleasing result. 3. Smooth communication was achieved through face-to-face meetings. Understanding can sometimes be misaligned with just phone calls or emails, which can lead to troubles, so I felt reassured that we could meet in person and discuss even the finer details.
