Much of the cooling water used in steel mills is beef tallow-based coolant (coolant oil). When this comes into contact with the surface of standard hydraulic rubber hoses, the outer rubber melts in a short time, exposing the reinforcing wire, which then corrodes, leading to hose rupture. The 'CP (COOLING POWER) series' was developed to address such issues. 【Features】 ■ By using a beef tallow-resistant synthetic rubber for the outer rubber, there is almost no damage to the hose from coolant oil. ■ The design technology of the IB and HD series has been utilized, making both the hose and fittings very compact. ■ There are two types of hoses: 10 (3.5MPa) and 35 (20.5MPa), which can be used in combination for "supply" and "return" lines. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
