A key box that enables advance reservations and remote operation! Strongly supports the rental business.
"KeyBase" is a key box equipped with remote management and reservation functions. By managing the key box through IT, we can identify "when, who, where, and why the keys were" used. This ensures security without being constrained by physical limitations, supporting your business. Furthermore, it is possible to accept user reservations for the stored keys via the web, allowing for specified times for retrieval. This reduces the burden of managing the lending of physical keys. 【Features】 ■ Management of keys within the key box by ID ■ Automation of management through alerts for delays, etc. ■ Plotting keys on a map of the facility, making it easy to calculate necessary keys and manage the status of entrances and exits at a glance ■ Equipped with a "history and alert function" that shows who borrowed which key and when ■ Reservations for lending and returning can be made via the web, with a one-time password provided ■ Significant reduction in manpower due to the ability to operate unmanned and remotely *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
