Chinese cuisine, which often contains a lot of oil and has a thick consistency, can reach temperatures close to 100°C. As a result, those carrying the dishes may spill hot food on themselves while trying to avoid collisions, even if they don't actually bump into anything, leading to a high risk of serious burns. Additionally, the kitchen area contains many sharp knives and angular stainless steel surfaces that require careful attention. Although we have always prioritized safety and hygiene, we felt the need to strengthen our measures and installed the mirrors.
