A case where even in the kitchen, it became possible to know when customers arrived through a mirror, allowing for smooth guidance (Matsunoya Totsuka Store).
We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at Matsunoya Totsuka Store. As soon as you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine on the right, but it is in a blind spot from the kitchen, so we installed a mirror. After installation, by looking at the mirror, staff in the kitchen can see when customers arrive. This allows for smooth guidance, directing a single customer to the counter seats and two or more customers to the table seats. Additionally, we received feedback saying, "It's large, easy to see, and very helpful." [Case Overview] ■ Product Used: Super Oval ■ Effect: Staff in the kitchen can see when customers arrive through the mirror, allowing for smooth guidance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
When it comes to mirrors, most people probably think of mirrors that reflect only themselves (such as full-length mirrors, hand mirrors, or three-way mirrors). However, Komi's mirror is designed to observe the movements of other objects and people, and to show "consideration" for others. For example, it can be used to check with a mirror if there is anyone coming around a corner to avoid a collision, or to see if there is someone trying to get into an elevator and wait for them. Komi's "considerate mirror" is useful worldwide, from convenience stores to airplanes.
