We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at the Grand Edge Omiya Arshe store. After moving the fixtures within the store, there was a spot that became invisible from the register, but by installing the mirror, it became possible to see customers selecting products behind the fixtures from the register. We communicated to the staff to use the mirror for customer service, and they felt a decrease in loss rates.
