We will introduce a case where we proposed an appropriate model to customers troubled by issues due to aging deterioration.
We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a "rotary valve" to a chemical manufacturer in Japan. The company had been experiencing a metallic scraping sound from a rotary valve purchased several years ago, and they were repairing the parts each time the noise occurred. Given the harsh operating conditions, we suggested replacing the existing "cantilever type" with a "double-supported type." After the replacement, the strange noise completely disappeared, and no repairs were needed. 【Issues】 - The rotary valve purchased several years ago is making a metallic scraping sound, causing trouble. - They are repairing parts each time the strange noise occurs, but it happens frequently, making it difficult. - Repair work is also challenging, and there is concern that it could lead to a more significant problem. - They want to implement a solution soon but do not know the cause. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
