Photos of the "produced ITO nanoparticle dispersion" and materials featuring "the characteristics of our ITO nanoparticles," etc.
This document introduces "Infrared Absorbing ITO Nanoparticles." Our manufacturing method is a slight improvement on the conventional co-precipitation method, allowing for low-cost production. In small quantities, the price is 200,000 per kg for 1 kg to 100 kg, but at the ton level, it is possible to reduce the price to below 150,000 per kg. Please take a moment to read. [Contents (excerpt)] ■ Establishment of a low-temperature synthesis method for ITO nanoparticles with a minimum size of 10 nm ■ Manufacturing process ■ Dispersion of the produced ITO nanoparticles ■ Features of our ITO nanoparticles ■ ITO nanoparticles Example 1 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company is engaged in joint development with about 10 large corporations both domestically and internationally, progressing product development aimed at market launch through the provision of advanced materials. In response to market demands, we are developing and providing next-generation batteries, solar cell materials, infrared absorbers, thermochromic inorganic materials, UV-excited coloring materials, non-photocatalytic materials, graphene dispersion liquids, and more. In particular, these materials often require solvent dispersion in addition to size and shape control, and we create and provide dispersion liquids tailored to our customers' needs. Many of our developments are conducted under non-disclosure agreements with clients, assisting in the development of specialized materials. Our core technology is centered around liquid-phase reactions, and we possess various original reaction processes, enabling the production of nanoparticles and micron-sized particles from materials such as Li, Ta, Si, In, and Ga. We are also capable of producing composite oxides, carbides, and nitrides. Based on customer requests, we prototype and submit samples along with reports. Costs are discussed and considered in consultation with the customer.
