This is a case study from a powder conveying line. There was a challenge where powder adhered to the inner surface of the hopper, causing bridging. Although the "Z-1 liner," a super high molecular weight polyethylene lining material, had been used traditionally, there were complaints about the finish of the installation. Therefore, we proposed to take the base material and carry out the installation at a specialized lining factory with extensive experience. As a result, we received feedback stating that "the level of finish is remarkably superior to the conventional method."
