When testing the demo unit for adoption, we received feedback that the cutter body tilted during cutting, causing the cutting direction to deviate. In response, we independently designed and manufactured a support plate and requested another test. As a result, after installing the support plate, it was highly praised that anyone could perform the cutting easily, safely, and quickly.
