[Case Study] Comprehensive construction of large booth for water resistance testing and drainage treatment system.

An example of adopting non-combustible clean panels with stainless steel for the inner wall surface as a measure against water splashes.

A waterproof test for the product will be conducted within the company, and a dedicated large testing room will be established. Since this test corresponds to the ISO 20653 standard, it will be designed to allow for continuous sprinkling, and because the drainage will mix with oil, an efficient drainage and treatment system is necessary. Therefore, a testing room with high airtightness and water resistance was designed using non-combustible clean panels as the main material. To address waterproofing and water-repellent measures, the inner wall surface of the clean panels was changed from colored steel plates to stainless steel. As a result, a system capable of processing without issues was established, and the design, which considered smooth loading and unloading of products, received high praise.
