Cleaning of powder filling processes! A case study demonstrating efficient dust collection and achieving high cleanliness levels.
This is a case study from a chemical company. They were facing the issue of product scattering during the filling process of powder products. Although the filling area was temperature-controlled, they were also struggling with poor balance in the intake and exhaust, leading to low air conditioning efficiency. In response, we proposed a distribution air conditioning system by installing a large air conditioning unit with sufficient capacity and supplying air to each room via FFUs. As a result, we designed an automatic interlocking system to ensure appropriate intake based on the exhaust volume, achieving stable room pressure management. [Issues] - A dust collector is installed but only functions near the intake area. - Class 10000 cleanliness is required. - Air conditioning is ineffective. - The area is divided into five rooms, each requiring separate room pressure control. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

basic information
【Points】 - By controlling airflow and room pressure for each room, efficient dust collection is achieved, resulting in high cleanliness. - The workroom for filling is primarily managed under negative pressure, but it is designed to control room pressure through airflow adjustments. - To minimize pressure loss from the temperature-controlled air chamber to each room, multiple outlets are provided, and the pathways are kept as short as possible. - The exhaust volume of each room varies depending on the work being done, so the intake volume of the temperature-controlled air chamber is also linked to ensure sufficient supply. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
