[Case Study] Cleaned the beverage filling line in a short period.

No problem if there's not enough height! Examples of using existing ceilings and walls as structural materials for booths.

A new beverage filling process will be established within the existing factory. Initially, it was considered to enclose the filling machine in a booth for cleanliness, but there was not enough height in the factory ceiling, and space for air conditioning units and FFUs could not be secured, which was a concern. Therefore, part of the existing ceiling wall material was coated with dust paint to create clean panels, which were then incorporated into the booth structure. Additionally, clean panels with partition specifications were added to shut out dust intrusion by forming a booth structure. We proposed a construction method that would complete the work, including painting, within three weeks. The project was completed two months after the initial meeting, allowing us to meet the operational start date for the line.
