Detecting four wavelengths to distinguish foreign substances! High efficiency achieved through combination with a wind separator.
The "UDR-S/UDR-F series" is a color sorting machine for tea leaves and spices that detects and removes foreign objects of different colors using a full-color CCD camera. A dedicated CCD camera for removing same-color foreign objects detects and removes foreign objects that are similar in color to the product. For raw materials with high chlorophyll content, a chlorophyll detection camera (F) is used, while a near-infrared camera (S) is used for other tea leaves. Additionally, by using the air separation machine "VS-N" to pre-remove heavier and lighter foreign objects compared to tea leaves, it is possible to reduce the amount of rejected products and increase processing capacity. 【Features】 ■ Flat shoot and CCD camera ■ Detects four wavelengths to identify foreign objects ■ Easy operation with a liquid crystal touch panel ■ Improved efficiency through combination with air separation machines *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established in 1935 when our founder, Zenichi Hattori, discovered that green tea leaves and stems could be sorted using the phenomenon of frictional electrification, and simultaneously invented the electrostatic tea sorting machine. In 1962, we commercialized Japan's first color sorting machine, and over the years, we have developed various sorting machines as pioneers in the field of sorting machines in Japan. Our top priority has been to ensure customer satisfaction, and our motto has been to never give up until we achieve high-quality sorting. The results of our development efforts are reflected in our current products.
