Visualizing process progress through achievement input using handheld devices! Case study of the implementation of the U-Mate comprehensive production management package.

At Takeuchi Manufacturing, which engages in machining, assembly, and prototype design and production, there was a challenge of not being able to grasp the progress of machining, leading to delays and troubles that could only be noticed by physically checking the site. In response, we implemented our "U-MateBT Inventory Management and Process Performance" and "U-Mate Comprehensive Production Management Package." As a result, we received feedback stating, "By entering the part number, we can instantly see how many of that part are at which process, and our work has drastically changed."
