The company was experiencing delays due to the time-consuming task of cross-referencing with paper lists, and workers needed to memorize the locations on the shelves, which limited the number of people who could be engaged in the work. After the introduction of our product, we linked the RFID with the picking system, enabling faster and more accurate operations.
