The ceramic coating treatment "Ceramic Wood" covers the surface of wood with a silicate compound called calcium silicate, suppressing the occurrence of splinters and thorns due to oxidation from sunlight and oxygen, while strengthening the wood fibers. By reinforcing the fibrous structure of the wood with elastic polymer cement, and then applying a water-based liquid glass paint known as "Ceramic Cover," the surface is ceramicized. [Ceramic Wood (Ceramic Coating Treatment Process)] 1) Apply 200 grams of ceramic primer per square meter to the wood. 2) If splinters or thorns are a problem due to cracks, adjust the Woody Sera repair material like clay and pack it into the cracks. Then, apply 200 grams of Woody Sera primer per square meter. 3) Allow to air dry for 6 hours, then apply the ceramic wood topcoat.
