Easily execute complex tests and obtain the necessary results every time! Achieving high-precision low-speed control.
The "Low Cycle Fatigue Test (LCF)" is seeing an increasing demand for material testing, particularly from the aerospace, automotive, and power industries. Instron not only provides traditional hydraulic technology for LCF but also offers a unique electric servo actuator that is well-suited to solving the challenges associated with LCF. By choosing our electric servo technology, the infrastructure requirements for additional testing machines are reduced, minimizing running costs. Additionally, if a solution meets customer needs, we provide high-stiffness load frames and high-precision alignment fixtures to meet the demands of LCF testing. [Features] - The large-capacity load frame provides the axial and lateral stiffness required for cyclic loading tests. - Optional backlash-free all-electric actuators achieve virtually silent operation and high-precision low-speed control without the need for hydraulic equipment. - The AlignPRO alignment fixture and support software are standard equipment to ensure high-precision alignment of the load string. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Instron was founded in 1946 by Harold Hindman and George Bahl, who were conducting joint research at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) at the time. They developed the world's first electromechanical (screw-type) universal testing machine. The name "Instron" is derived from "instrument" and "electronics." Instron's product range offers diversity that can cater to almost all global markets and industries, and since its establishment, over 70 years of testing technology and manufacturing experience have been built, with more than 50,000 systems operating worldwide. In 1965, Instron Japan was established to support customers in Japan. Currently, it has major bases in the United States, Europe, and Asia, providing sales and services in 40 languages through agents in 160 countries around the world.
