The "OPR-1500" is a road surface freezing detection device that can measure even when a single laser beam may cause a malfunction, thanks to its multi-point scanning type. It measures the road surface height and the amount of reflected light using a laser scanning sensor, and determines the road surface conditions (frozen/snowy/wet/dry/slushy) by measuring the road surface temperature with a radiation thermometer.
