The "CPS-A Series" is a pressure-type water level gauge that utilizes a semiconductor pressure detection method (capacitive type). It detects the water pressure that changes with the water level using a pressure sensing element, converts it into an electrical signal, and measures the water level. The pressure sensing element is made of ceramic, which offers excellent temperature characteristics, vibration resistance, and environmental durability.
