We would like to introduce a case where our wet-type humidity control device, 'Kasaba', was implemented in the manufacturing process of automotive laminated glass. Two pieces of glass are bonded together with a transparent intermediate film (vinyl-based film) sandwiched between them. This intermediate film is made of a material that is sensitive to temperature and humidity, so it requires a low-temperature, low-humidity environment for storage. Additionally, during the bonding process, if moisture is present on the adhesive surface, it can cause bubble formation issues, which is why our product is used for dehumidification. Our product blows air with relative humidity corresponding to the concentration of the solution, as a characteristic of the casing solution.
