This is a case study introducing the implementation of a cloud telephone system, smartphone handy for accommodations, and customer management CTI system at Konasutei Izu Nagaoka. To develop a new hotel style, a cloud system was introduced. By transitioning the hotel's systems to the cloud, it became possible to reduce initial costs for wiring work and equipment installation. Furthermore, by utilizing API integration and combining it with the cloud system, operational efficiency can be achieved.
