You can achieve the effects of a half-body bath without water while fully clothed, thanks to the radiant heat of far infrared rays.

It has been said since ancient times that "cold head, hot feet" is good for the body. The root of many ailments comes from "coldness," where the upper body temperature is high and the lower body temperature is low. Therefore, warming the lower body and cooling the upper body is said to promote health. A health promotion method that applies "cold head, hot feet" to bathing is "half-body bathing." One of its advantages is that it places less strain on the heart compared to a full-body bath. Half-body bathing alleviates "coldness" by warming the lower body and improving blood circulation, which is not only good for health but also said to enhance metabolism and basal metabolism, making it effective for "beauty" and "dieting." The far-infrared half-body bathing sauna "Half Spa" allows you to enjoy half-body bathing without water. If you find it difficult to continue half-body bathing in the bath, want to enjoy it more casually, or wish to combine it with your hobby time, please give "Half Spa" a try. With Half Spa, you can easily enjoy half-body bathing using far-infrared and near-infrared while fully dressed, whether you are "reading," "watching TV," "using a computer," or "enjoying a hobby."
