Contributing to the SDGs from familiar places through the long lifespan of water-soluble coolants!
The coolant nano booster is a device that generates very small bubbles of less than 1μm from dissolved oxygen in water. It can be used at pressures ranging from 0.2 to 7.0 MPa, and is suitable for high pressure as well! This new product can be directly incorporated into piping for water-soluble coolants used in machine tools, as well as aqueous cleaning solutions and cooling water. The secret lies in the newly developed element that has obtained a patent. It generates bubbles by applying negative pressure to the coolant, even at high pressures, in a stable manner. Nano bubbles remain in water for 1 to 3 weeks. They are particularly effective for preventing coolant spoilage in machines with low operating rates or during holidays. 【Features】 1. Suppresses the activity of anaerobic bacteria, preventing coolant spoilage → Effective for improving factory environments and extending coolant lifespan 2. Reduces the contact angle of the coolant → Improves coolant return by suppressing foaming, providing defoaming effects, and enhancing wettability 3. Enhances coolant penetration to the cutting edge of tools → Improves permeability and prevents clogging of grinding wheels due to bubble collapse #NanoBubbleGenerator #MicroBubbleGenerator
